We should all try to do one thing every day we're afraid of doing.

Agree with all, minus the cat. If the cat was aware of the danger, then yes, but I think cats are just so arrogant and egotistical (although I love them hehe!) they simply can't except the reality of their own physical inferiority... Bravery is defiance of fear I guess so without that element of fear, it doesnt exist.
